Job summary

SAE University College, part of Navitas, is seeking a National Course Advisor to guide prospective domestic students toward their education goals. You’ll connect with learners by phone, provide accurate course information, and help them decide on their path while meeting enrolment targets.

In this role you’ll build relationships, manage pipelines, and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems like Salesforce, while delivering exceptional service and contributing to campus growth and student success.

Qualifications

  • Experience meeting KPIs and sales targets, ideally in education.
  • Ability to guide and advise prospective students through enrolment processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Growth: Prepare performance reports and contribute innovative ideas to boost enrolments and support business success.
  • Maintain Data Accuracy: Keep CRM systems up-to-date with accurate, real-time information.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Handle feedback professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries.

We’re seeking a motivated and goal-driven individual with:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets, ideally within the education sector.
