Job summary

Schindler Lifts Australia is looking for a National Contracts Administrator to join our Alexandria team. You will validate and process contracts in SAP, set up billing plans, and support the accounts team to ensure accurate invoicing across installation, modernisation, and service contracts.

The role requires a strong financial administration background, high attention to detail, and excellent communication with a wide range of stakeholders. ERP experience, especially SAP, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated financial administration background with knowledge of contracts.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Review contract and project files when accepting a job and clear up ambiguities prior to contract setup.
• Review & process contract billing on installation & modernisation projects for customers.
• Process service contract setup, updating data for Conversions, Resigns, Recoveries, Free Maintenance, Builders Lifts and Losses in SAP and Optimus.
• Notify relevant parties of new contract setup.
• Complete monthly audit checks on service contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Gain working understanding of EI/NI/MOD contract administration to support the business.
• Order & process bank guarantees for customers.
