Job summary

Schindler Lifts Australia is seeking a National Key Accounts Manager for Modernisation to identify opportunities and develop strong relationships with key accounts while coordinating with regional teams to advance projects from concept to profitable orders.

Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, mentor teams nationwide, and work with building owners, property managers, consultants, builders and contractors to deliver a tailored customer experience

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in marketing, building, engineering, construction or business-related discipline.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Experience in sales, business development or key accounts in construction/VT industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel from client organisations.
Manage existing customer relationships and maximise customer experience.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
Coach and mentor national teams to deliver tailored customer experience.
Develop and implement target project plans to increase market share.
Coordinate activity with Schindler Branches to deliver advice, guidance and Modernisation proposals to asset owners.
Respond to Modernisation pricing requests on time for critical projects.
