Job summary

Classic Architectural Group is seeking an organised Installation Coordinator to own the install calendar across VIC, NSW and QLD. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for clients, site coordinators and crews to ensure installations start on time and meet client expectations.

You'll coordinate schedules, confirm dates, manage site readiness, and keep Simpro up to date so invoicing stays on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in scheduling, job coordination or project administration in construction, building products, fit-out or trades.
• Experience scheduling installers across multiple regions with urgent changes and route planning.
• Knowledge of Simpro or similar systems (ServiceM8, AroFlo, Jobpac).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Clear written communication and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate install dates and communicate changes to clients.
• Build the install calendar across VIC, NSW and QLD.
• Ensure site readiness with access, materials, freight and deliveries.
• Maintain Simpro up to date to keep teams informed and ready to invoice.
• Provide same-day answers to client and builder inquiries.
• Confirm completions and arrange return visits.
