Job summary

Dynamic Door Services, a division of BX Bunka Australia, Melbourne, is seeking an Installation Coordinator for a full‑time role at our Melbourne Branch. This role will schedule installations in line with customer and business requirements to support our service operations.

Key duties include allocating installations to Installers, updating job records with high accuracy, collating OH&S documents, handling customer enquiries promptly, filing documents, and using internal systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years administration/coordination experience.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good time management and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate installations to Installers based on requirements and capacities.
• Update all jobs in the system with high accuracy.
• Collate OH&S documents relevant to job requirements.
• Maintain a friendly, customer-focused attitude at all times.
• Handle customer enquiries promptly to meet expectations.
• Receive and relay messages accurately and confidentially.
• Ensure proper filing of documents.
• Attend meetings and take notes as required.
• Familiarise yourself with internal computer systems and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
