Best- is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our xxx store across the Queensland region. You will shape customer experiences, drive daily operations, and coach teams for growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

With 2+ years of management in high-volume retail, you will manage rostering, stock flow, and floor standards while delivering exceptional service to our customers and community.

• Maintain excellent stock and floor standards by clearing deliveries fast, keeping BOH organised, and getting product to the floor quickly and accurately.
• Coach, develop, and support teams to lift capability, confidence, and performance-building sustainable results that support our growth.
