Job summary

BFT Geelong West is seeking a Studio Manager to own day-to-day operations, member experience, growth and culture. You will lead a high-energy team and work with owners, Head Coach and staff to ensure engagement and performance standards.

The role focuses on welcoming members, driving retention, coordinating class schedules, supporting marketing, and organising events. We value leadership, relationship-building and a proactive, accountable approach.

Qualifications

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness (fitness industry qualified).
• Hands-on group coaching experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
• Demonstrated experience leading people or teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales, customer service, fitness, hospitality or similar people-focused environment.
• Confidence discussing sales, retention and member experience.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Positive, reliable, team-first attitude.
• Genuine interest in health, fitness and helping people.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio operations, member engagement and overall studio culture.
• Drive growth, retention and member experience at BFT Geelong West.
• Support and develop coaching team; uphold coaching standards.
• Coordinate class schedules and member queries; manage day-to-day admin.
• Assist with marketing, events and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with owners to drive performance and opportunities.
