Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Home Services Lead to manage hospitality, catering, cleaning and laundry across Nowlanvil Aged Care Facility. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering person-centred services, safety, and quality, while guiding a team to achieve excellent resident experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, rostering, and service performance, ensure compliance with food safety and infection control, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen, cleaning and laundry operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and infection control in regulated environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of catering, cleaning and laundry services.
• Coach, support and develop your team to build an engaged culture.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards.
• Oversee rostering, workflow and operational performance.
