Job summary

Monash Health, serving Melbourne’s south-east, seeks an experienced Operational Administration Team Leader for SECASA. You will guide the administration team across multiple locations to deliver compassionate, efficient services in a trauma-informed environment.

You will oversee rostering, recruitment, onboarding and staff development while fostering a collaborative culture and strong relationships with clinicians and managers to continually improve systems and the client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading administration teams in healthcare or related services.
• Strong leadership and change management skills.
• Experience coordinating rostering, recruitment, onboarding and performance development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and competing priorities.
• Understanding of workplace safety and compliance.
• Trauma-informed work experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of administration professionals across multiple SECASA locations.
• Create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture.
• Coordinate daily administration operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Provide guidance and support to staff navigating operational challenges and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and client/staff experience.
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, managers and key stakeholders.
• Promote a safe, accountable workplace and contribute to service improvements.
