Job summary

Monash Health's SECASA is seeking an experienced Operational Administration Team Leader to guide our administration team across multiple sites in south-east Melbourne. You will lead with a people-centred approach, drive trauma-informed service delivery and strengthen workforce planning, rostering and staff development.

You'll partner with clinicians, managers and stakeholders to create a welcoming, efficient, and safe environment for victim survivors and families, while supporting staff

Qualifications

• Experience leading administration teams in healthcare or community services.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and change management.
• Experience coordinating rostering, recruitment and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Understanding of safety, risk management and compliance.
• Ability to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SECASA administration professionals across multiple locations.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
• Coordinate daily administration operations and service delivery.
• Oversee rostering, recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Build relationships with clinicians, managers and stakeholders.
