Job summary

JLL in Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead delivery of facilities services for the Australia Post portfolio across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence while managing financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor programs.

You will engage stakeholders at all levels, drive KPI achievement, develop cost-saving initiatives, mentor your team and coordinate vendors with a focus on safety and continuity of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in corporate real estate or facilities management.
• Ability to interpret and analyze numerical data with strong planning skills.
• Proven stakeholder engagement with senior client staff and conflict management in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the property risk management program across assets and sites.
• Develop cost-saving initiatives and service improvement strategies with Finance.
• Lead client relationship management and monitor service response times and trends.
• Mentor and manage facilities team to sustain high morale and performance.
• Coordinate vendors and monitor help desk outputs to meet KPIs and disaster recovery planning.
