Job summary

Bundaberg Motor Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Multi-Brand Service Manager to lead one of the largest multi-franchise service operations in the Wide Bay region. You will drive service performance, profitability and customer satisfaction across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.

This leadership role requires strategic thinking, team development and a hands-on approach to improve operational efficiency while upholding manufacturer standards and dealership benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent automotive qualification.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proven experience as a Service Manager within an automotive dealership.
• Multi-brand dealership experience highly regarded.
• Minimum five years’ experience in the automotive industry (minimum two years if degree qualified).
• Strong commercial and financial management capability.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with DMS (UNITS) systems, desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service Department to ensure outstanding customer service delivery.
• Drive workshop efficiency, productivity and safety standards.
• Achieve agreed financial and operational targets.
• Develop, monitor and analyse departmental plans, budgets and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and dealership standards.
• Foster a high-performing, motivated and accountable team culture.
