Job summary

Cricks Highway on Brisbane's southside is seeking a Group Service Manager to lead seven premium and emerging brands at Barrinia Street. You will manage the full service operation, develop your team and deliver an outstanding customer experience daily.

You will drive performance, manage department financials and work with the Fixed Operations Manager and senior leadership to build a high-performing culture that delivers excellence and lasting results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or senior service role in automotive.
• Strong commercial acumen and an eye for the numbers.
• Exceptional communication skills with customers and staff alike.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
