Job summary

MIIT Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced MSP Engineer Level 3 in Merrylands, NSW. This full-time senior role designs, implements and maintains complex IT infrastructure while mentoring juniors and driving service improvements.

You will lead Microsoft 365 environments, security, backups, and monitoring, travel to client sites, and contribute to pre-sales activities and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' MSP or managed services experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint management, security, backups and monitoring.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, DNS, email security and cloud tech.
• Kaseya products experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Desk with escalated support calls and issues.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, security).
• Monitor and maintain customer environments to proactively resolve issues.
• Manage and monitor SaaS backup solutions.
• Work with Kaseya RMM and PSA for monitoring, automation, patching, ticketing and remediation.
• Support managed services operations ensuring security, compliance and uptime.
• Assist with customer onboarding, technical documentation and project delivery.
• Provide pre-sales technical support including design, scoping, meetings, proposals & statements of work.
• Maintain strong customer service focus across multiple client environments.
• Travel to customer premises.

MIIT Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking experienced MSP Engineers at Level 3 to join our growing technical team. This is a full-time position based in Merrylands, NSW, where you will take on a senior technical role providing expert-level support and solutions within our managed services environment. As an MSP Engineer Level 3, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure solutions for our diverse customer base, whilst mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement across our service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting the Service Desk with escalated support calls and technical issues.
• Managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft security solutions.
• Monitoring and maintaining customer environments to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Managing and monitoring SaaS backup solutions.
• Working with Kaseya RMM and PSA for monitoring, automation, patch management, ticketing and remediation.
• Supporting managed services operations and ensuring customer systems remain secure, compliant, and operational.
• Assisting with customer onboarding, technical documentation, and project delivery where required.
• Providing pre-sales technical support, including solution design, scope development, customer meetings, and assisting with proposals and statements of work.
• Maintaining a strong customer service focus while working across multiple client environments.
• Travelling to customer premises.

About you

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an MSP or similar managed services environment.

• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, DNS, email security, and cloud technologies.
