Job summary

Kaliba in Melbourne is seeking an experienced L2 Engineer to support a growing SMB client base. This role offers flexible remote work with a mix of work-from-home and onsite client support, and a salary range of AUD 75,000 to 85,000 plus super.

You will provide L1/L2 remote and onsite support, resolve issues across client IT environments, meet SLAs, and have 3+ years in a help desk role with MSP experience, strong AD, Windows Server, Azure and Exchange skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a help desk role.
• Experience at an MSP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with on-prem and Azure AD.
• Desktops, firewall and LAN/WAN exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 remote and onsite support to managed service clients
• Resolve technical issues across client IT environments, including problem management to address root cause
• Meet assigned SLAs in a fast-paced, collaborative team
• Support a growing network of Melbourne-based SMB clients
