NextGen HR Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Engineer for its Townsville team. You will provide remote and onsite IT support, troubleshoot complex issues and work with vendors to maintain critical business systems.

Ideal candidates have MSP experience, strong networking and cloud skills, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP environment essential.
• Strong networking, security, servers and cloud skills.
• Customer-focused with teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as escalation point for Level 1 support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across systems.
• Provide remote and onsite IT support as needed.
• Manage tickets and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
• Maintain IT systems such as RMM, CRM, ticketing tools.
• Document IT standards and create user guides.
• Assist Service Operations Manager and Dispatch as required.
