Job summary

Lyra Technology Group, a private equity-backed holding company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for All IT Services, based in the Northern Beaches. This role focuses on generating new opportunities, building strong SMB client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term managed services customers.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, have autonomy to impact growth, and operate in a hybrid setting with access to senior leadership, including the CEO.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in tech services or MSP sales.
• Strong communication with decision-makers.
• Comfort with hybrid work and Sydney base.
• CRM fluency and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events and vendor relationships.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Run discovery meetings and identify client needs.
• Present solutions, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Win new managed services agreements and support a smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Represent the business at industry events and client engagements.
