Job summary

Wabtec Inspection Technologies, Sydney, is seeking an Motorsport Performance Sales Specialist to drive revenue for the Video Scope portfolio within Australia. You will work with Field sales and Key Account Managers to generate new opportunities, manage a defined customer base, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced campaign environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required or preferred.
• Experience with technical instruments and application software is favorable.
• Knowledge of NDT/RVI/ANI or related industries is a plus.
• Proven success in a business-to-business environment.
• Ability to deliver persuasive presentations, emails, and demos to varied audiences.
• Experience using digital outreach and virtual meetings to reach customers.
• Experience using CRM, sales automation, and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the Video Scope portfolio including price lists, stock levels, and service/spare parts overview.
• Provide technical support to the Australian Sales Team; travel for RVI is mandatory.
• Support outside sales and key account managers with quotations and sales support.
• Contact and qualify customers via phone, internet and other channels.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations.
• Close sales to meet annual targets for the inside sales channel.
• Train and maintain internal/external training for RVI.
• Manage relationships across assigned accounts and territories.
• Maintain customer activity to maximize the sales pipeline and closing rates.
• Create and execute focused industry/account-specific sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with national technical and market specialists to close sales.
