Job summary

Wabtec Inspection Technologies in Sydney is seeking a Millwork Sales Specialist to drive inside sales for our Video Scope portfolio across Australian markets. You will manage quotes, engage with field sales, and support key accounts with technical demonstrations.

The role emphasizes creating complete solutions for customers, maintaining pipelines, and collaborating with national technical specialists to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required.
• Experience with technical instruments and application software preferred.
• Knowledge of NDT/RVI/ANI or related industries is a plus.
• Proven success in a B2B environment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage Video Scope portfolio, price lists, stock, service and spare parts.
• Provide technical support to the Australian Sales Team; travel for KAM/RVI as needed.
• Support outside sales with quotations and sales support to defined customers.
• Qualify customers via phone, internet and other channels.
• Close sales to meet annual targets for the inside sales channel.
• Train and maintain high-level training for RVI.
• Manage customer relationships across accounts and territories.
• Maintain activity to maximize the sales pipeline and improve close rates.
• Create and execute focused industry/account campaigns.
• Collaborate with national technical specialists to close deals.
