seek.com.au seeks a motivated motel manager for a 55-room property in Goulburn, NSW. You will lead reception and housekeeping, oversee maintenance, and ensure guest satisfaction on a daily basis.

The role offers on-site accommodation, comprehensive training, and a collaborative team environment. Immediate start for the right candidate; relocation and Australian work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Prior motel or business management experience
• Strong leadership and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage reception with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Oversee housekeeping schedules and invoicing
• Handle on-call duties outside of regular business hours
• Assist and supervise housekeeping staff
• Manage property maintenance
• Ensure safety compliance
• Provide excellent customer service, guest satisfaction, and positive relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and employers
• Follow company procedures
• Utilize computer and MS Office skills
• Stay motivated to exceed sales targets and work within the budget
• Prior motel or business management experience required
• Strong leadership and attention to detail required
• Address maintenance issues, staffing shortages, and renovations as they arise

Key Responsibilities:
