Job summary

Coachman’s Inn Warwick in Warwick, QLD, seeks a professional, hands-on Management Couple to run a 32-room, 4-star motel. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, guest services, housekeeping, staff leadership, and supporting the in-house restaurant and functions.

You and your partner will live on site in provided accommodation and lead from the front, delivering guest-centric experiences and high standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a motel, hotel, holiday park or similar accommodation business.
• Strong hospitality and guest service experience.
• Proven people leadership skills.
• Management experience in food & beverage operations.
• Current QLD RMLV and Approved Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Are you an experienced hospitality couple who genuinely enjoys looking after guests, leading from the front, and treating a business as if it were your own?

We're seeking a professional, hands-on Management Couple to lead the day-to-day operations of our established 32-room, 4-star motel in Warwick, Queensland. With a licensed restaurant, function facilities, and a strong reputation for country hospitality, this role is ideal for a couple who enjoys being actively involved in all aspects of motel operations.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering the property's daily operations, including:

Guest services, reservations, check-in and check-out

Housekeeping, maintenance and property presentation

Staff leadership, recruitment, training and rostering

Supporting our restaurant and function operations as required

Managing operational expenses and driving efficiencies

Creating exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards throughout the property

This is a leadership role for a couple who are visible, approachable, customer centric and willing to roll up their sleeves when needed.

About You

To be successful, you’ll have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a motel, hotel, holiday park or similar accommodation business

Strong hospitality and guest service experience

Proven people leadership skills

Management experience in food & beverage operations

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Current QLD RMLV and Approved Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of commencement)
