Randstad Australia is partnering with a respected Illawarra financial services practice to hire a high-performing Finance Broker in Wollongong. You will manage end-to-end lending for high-net-worth individuals and business clients.

You’ll work with a supportive team, own client relationships from initial advice through to settlement, and enjoy a warm lead pipeline, strong remuneration of $110k–$140k plus super, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success as a Mortgage / Finance Broker.
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
• Ability to assess complex self-employed structures and financials.
• Excellent communication and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and deliver tailored lending advice.
• Manage full loan life cycle from structuring to settlement.
• Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, real estate agents and valuers.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure compliance.
