Randstad Australia is partnering with a respected Illawarra financial services practice to hire a high-performing Finance Broker in Wollongong. You will manage end-to-end lending for high-net-worth individuals and business clients.

You’ll work with a supportive team, own client relationships from initial advice through to settlement, and enjoy a warm lead pipeline, strong remuneration of $110k–$140k plus super, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success as a Mortgage / Finance Broker.
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
• Ability to assess complex self-employed structures and financials.

Responsibilities

• Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
• Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent

On behalf of one of the Illawarra’s most respected integrated financial services practices, I am seeking a high-performing Finance Broker to join their Wollongong team.

Operating as part of an established practice, you will step straight into a warm client base and enjoy a strong, multi-disciplinary referral pipeline within the firm.

About The Role

In this position, you will manage end-to-end lending scenarios for a mix of high-net-worth individuals and business clients. You will be supported by a strong team culture, taking full ownership of client relationships from initial advice through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Manage warm enquiries and deliver tailored lending advice to business and retail clients.
• Loan Management: Drive the full loan life cycle from initial structuring and application through to settlement.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with lenders, solicitors, real estate agents, and valuers to ensure seamless approvals.
• Compliance & Systems: Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure all client files meet strict audit and compliance standards.
