The DRB Group in Wollongong is seeking a motivated finance broker to join our team and support the delivery of lending services to business and individual clients. You will handle inquiries, provide expert lending advice, and guide clients from application to settlement, maintaining strong lender and agent relationships.

As part of our team, you’ll manage CRM databases, ensure files are audit-ready, and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mortgage Broking with a proven track record.
• A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required.
• Experience with complex self-employed structures.
• High attention to detail, consistency and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise well and adapt your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
• Demonstrate a strong client focus with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

The DRB Group is a leading financial services firm in Wollongong with a well-established Mortgage and Finance Broking business. The team is looking for a motivated finance broker to join our team and to support the effective delivery of service to our various business and individual clients. The position provides consistent lead flows and an opportunity to have close relationships with long established clients. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer service focused individual to become a part of one of the Illawarra’s leading integrated financial services practices.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working with our business and individual clients
• Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice
• Support clients through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement
• Manage contact with lenders, solicitors, real estate agents, and property valuers throughout the home loan application process
• Manage finance and CRM databases
• Ensuring client files are appropriately maintained and prepared for audit.

The quality applicant will have:

• Experience in Mortgage Broking with a proven track record.
• As a minimum, a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
• Experience with complex self-employed structures
