moneylab is seeking a Mortgage Broker/Senior Mortgage Broker to join our Prahran, Melbourne team. You’ll walk into a full desk of business with daily access to qualified appointments and dedicated support to manage submissions to settlement.

We are a growth-focused financial firm with over 20 years in the industry, offering opportunities across asset finance, financial planning and direct lending. If you’re highly positive, ambitious and enjoy earning uncapped commissions, this is for you.

Due to exceptional growth, we’re on the lookout for a mortgage broker superstar with the service skills to make a big impression…who wants to walk into a full desk of business!

Likewise, we have an existing full-time opportunity available for an exceptional sales person with experience in face-to-face client selling.

You’ll benefit by being part of a group of companies with more than 20 years of industry experience and with daily access to qualified appointments.

This is the ideal role for someone who is highly positive and ambitious, with an energetic personality just waiting for the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions!

Responsibilities

• Managing qualified leads and develop personal leads
• Being the first point of contact for all client needs
• Negotiating with a panel of lenders and facilitate application submissions to obtain a positive outcome for your clients

Our team of financial planners provide end-to-end financial planning support and advice to clients, focusing on cash flow management, investments, SMSFs, superannuation and risk management. Above all, we’re looking for a financial planner to deliver a premium financial service to our clients.

Duties

Reporting to the general manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing holistic financial planning advice, with a focus on solutions, to a wide range of existing and new client referrals
• Developing key relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities
• Adhering to KPI’s while providing a premium service
• Assisting clients with cash-flow management and wealth creation

This role will suit a friendly, motivated and outcome-oriented professional with great interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire people to action.
