We are currently accepting applications for a RetailSales Assistant, based in ourCanberra Store. This will be a true casual opportunity, with potential shifts offered on an as needed basis across weekdays, between 9am and 5pm.

As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers to maximise their experience. You will be a team player, providing support in maintaining the upkeep of the store and replenishmentof our stock.

THE ROLE

The key focus areas of the role include:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Demonstrating sales techniques to support our customers in making an informed purchasing decision
• Daily stock and merchandising duties
• Dealing with all aspects of till operation
• Update and develop the Store databases
• Answering telephone, sales queries, placement of orders for direct delivery, quotations
• Receiving, checking off and merchandising deliveries of replenishment stock
• Champion our Nisbets Core Values
