Job summary

Nisbets stores on the Gold Coast require a proactive Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will coach team members, oversee inventory and merchandising, and partner with management to meet business goals.

This hands-on role emphasises customer experience, staff development, and adherence to Nisbets standards, with a focus on achieving KPIs and fostering a positive store culture.

The Role

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. You will lead a team of staff, manage inventory, and implement strategies to enhance the store's profitability while maintaining a positive shopping environment. This position is crucial for achieving our business objectives and fostering a loyal customer base.

Our store is open 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, that means no late nights or weekends.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help coach and develop team members, manage daily store operations and contribute to the overall success of the store.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy leading from the front, building strong customer relationships and creating a positive team culture.
