Job summary

TRILITY is seeking a driven Administrator to join the Modular Solutions team in Yatala, QLD. This 0.5 FTE role offers 20 hours per week, with flexible split across 3, 4 or 5 days, providing admin support for Modular Solutions projects including procurement, document control and production tasks.

You will support SAP‑based procurement, invoicing and time entry, while maintaining organisation and collaboration within the team. TRILITY offers competitive benefits and work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration and coordination.
• Reading and interpreting technical documents to determine project needs.
• Liaising with suppliers for pricing, quotes and supplier setup.
• Proficiency using SAP and MS Office for project administration.

Responsibilities

• Procurement support: liaise with suppliers, obtain quotes, raise SAP purchase orders.
• Office administration: reception, housekeeping, consumables, coffee machine upkeep.
• Prepare project docs: client invoices, variations, manuals and management plans.
• Enter time sheets into SAP and process external resource invoices.
• Organise and book training; ensure adherence to policies.
