Job summary

SoftwareOne in Australia and New Zealand seeks a Productivity Services Sales Specialist to drive growth across Microsoft Copilot, Modern Work, and Power Platform services. You will partner with customers and channels to build go-to-market motions, shape proposals, and deliver value through scalable workplace transformation solutions.

Experience in services sales and strong knowledge of Microsoft Modern Work, 365, Copilot, and governance best practices are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in services sales, solution consulting, business development, channel sales, or customer-facing technology roles.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Modern Work, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or workplace transformation solutions.
• Experience developing opportunities through partner ecosystems, co-sell motions, or indirect sales channels.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to qualify opportunities, manage pipelines, and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating new growth opportunities and delivering measurable customer value.

Responsibilities

• Driving pipeline growth and sales opportunities across Microsoft Copilot, Modern Work, Adoption & Change Management, and Power Platform Governance services.
• Developing and executing partner-led growth strategies that increase Productivity Services adoption across the ANZ partner ecosystem.
• Building trusted relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to position value-driven workplace transformation solutions.
• Supporting solution scoping, commercial proposals, pricing discussions, and customer engagements in collaboration with delivery and professional services teams.
• Creating repeatable sales plays, campaigns, and partner enablement initiatives that support scalable business growth.
• Managing forecasting, pipeline performance, and commercial outcomes to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
