Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join the Intelligent Workspace team. You will manage day-to-day operations of customers' EMM environments, focusing on delivering high-quality mobility services and a superior customer experience.

Travel to client sites and conferences will be required as part of the role. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT with 2+ years in mobility, strong knowledge of iOS/Android/MacOS/Windows 10, and experience with MobileIron, Google Admin, VMware WS1, or

Qualifications

You will have 5 years' IT industry experience, preferably within an IT managed service provider, with approx. 2 years' experience in a similar Mobility role.
You will possess excellent knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems.
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication and prioritisation skills; able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Experience with MobileIron, Google Admin, VMware WS1 and/or Microsoft Intune administration is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Deliver day-to-day mobility services across customer environments and manage operational activities.
Be available to travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences as required.
Provide governance to iOS/Android deployments and Google Chrome OS environments.
Lead incident resolution and perform standard and non-standard changes with SLA adherence.
Create and maintain design documents and deployment guides for mobility solutions.
Support pre-sales scoping and project delivery in mobility-related engagements.
