Friendly Mobility is seeking a customer-focused Mobility Showroom Team Member to join our supportive showroom team. Reporting to the Mobility Showroom Manager, you will help customers explore suitable products, assist with sales and administration, maintain stock and displays, and contribute to a welcoming, well-organised showroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Warm, respectful and solutions-focused approach to customer service.
• Clear communication skills with diverse customers.
• Comfort using POS systems and business software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly, responsive service.
• Assist with product enquiries and guidance.
• Support sales, customer paperwork, and administration.
• Receive, check, organise and merchandise stock.
• Maintain pricing, labels and showroom displays.
• Use POS, customer and inventory systems accurately.
• Assist with product demonstrations, deliveries, promotions and events.
• Refer complex matters to Showroom Manager.
