Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics in Luscombe, Queensland, is seeking a Mobilisation Administrator to support a major workforce housing project in Weipa, Far North Queensland. This is a 6-month initial assignment with potential for extension.

You will coordinate end-to-end mobilisation, manage compliance, arrange travel and accommodations, and maintain records, working closely with Major Projects and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce mobilisation, site administration or coordination.
• Experience in construction, mining, resources, infrastructure or other project environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomous while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with FIFO/DIDO mobilisation and Damstra/Donesafe will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation for employees and subcontractors ensuring all site entry requirements are completed on time.
• Manage mobilisation, compliance and onboarding requirements through Damstra, Donesafe and client systems.
• Arrange and coordinate flights, accommodation, transport and roster logistics for project personnel.
• Maintain accurate mobilisation records, employee documentation and project-related databases.
• Liaise with employees, subcontractors, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure mobilisation requirements are met and communicated effectively.
• Provide administrative support to the Major Projects and operational teams, assisting with workforce planning and mobilisation reporting.
