Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to hire.
• Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation to worksites.
• Liaise with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Arrange travel, flights and accommodation for personnel.
• Maintain rosters, leave requests, and site access docs.
• Ensure site-entry docs submitted to clients per procedures.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
