Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Mobilisation Administrator for Redbank Plains to support multi-site construction projects across Queensland. You will be the administrative bridge coordinating workforce onboarding, site compliance, travel logistics, and access management to keep projects running on time.

Based at a well-equipped facility with on-site parking, this full-time contract offers immediate start and potential extension or permanency based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience in site mobilisation and workforce onboarding.
• Familiar with workforce management platforms and travel booking tools.
• Knowledge of safety tickets, licenses, and SWMS documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Workforce onboarding and compliance verification.
• Induction coordination across client and site frameworks.
• Arrange travel and local accommodation for project teams.
• Manage site access, badges, and security passes.
• Onboard subcontractors and plant equipment with required documents.
• Maintain mobilisation trackers, headcount logs, and rosters.
• Liaise with HR, travel teams and site managers to resolve gaps.
