Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics in Luscombe, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Facilities Services Manager to oversee the service delivery of a regional construction village and manage contractual performance for the client. Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, contract management, or operations management.
• Construction Induction White Card is required.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence is required.
• Ability to undertake periodic travel to project sites.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service delivery and contractual performance of the construction village.
• Manage performance of the contracted Facility Manager and ensure compliance with contract obligations.
• Engage with the client, ATCO and service providers to achieve service levels and KPIs.
• Identify issues, risks and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Prepare reports and performance updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
