Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics seeks a Project Controls Coordinator for its Queensland Projects team, based in Luscombe (near Yatala). You will coordinate planning, scheduling, cost tracking and forecasting to support delivery of major projects.

Key duties include developing schedules, WBS, dashboards and KPI reporting, while working with project managers, commercial and site teams. Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating project controls across planning, scheduling, cost, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience with construction, infrastructure or major projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and WBS; generate dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain project schedules and WBS.
• Monitor progress against schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cost tracking, forecasting and resource planning.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Identify variances and risks; support earned value and progress measurement.
• Maintain project controls systems and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Improve controls systems and reporting processes.
