Leadout Capital is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage government agencies, public institutions and non-profit organisations. You’ll be the first voice prospects hear, spark curiosity, build relationships, and show how our technology can amplify social impact.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to AI-powered tools with Salesforce Trailhead, and a clear pathway into AI-focused roles as you grow.

Responsibilities

Engage and qualify leads across inbound and outbound channels—calls, web chat, events, webinars, and more.
Drive high-quality meetings and create meaningful opportunities for the wider sales team.
Build credibility and trust with prospects and internal stakeholders in the NGO and public sector.
Champion event registrations and represent the company at sector-related events.
Develop technical and industry knowledge using Salesforce's AI tools and Trailhead learning resources.
Maintain personalized follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and curious.
Grow understanding of AI and its impact on public and social sectors.
