Job summary

Whitehaven Coal Limited is seeking a dedicated Training and Compliance Specialist based in Newcastle or Gunnedah. This is a full-time, 12-month contract requiring support for training and assessment activities across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Training or Compliance roles in the mining industry and possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Join us in fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Training and/or Compliance roles within Mining Industry.
• Proven expertise in LMS and system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review core and mandatory curricula for compliance and efficiency.
• Support cleansing and migration of training and assessment artefacts.
• Facilitate training and compliance audits as requested.
