Job summary

Stanmore Resources is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Poitrel Mine production team on a 7/7 roster. You will manage a crew of multi-skilled Operators, drive safe production, and ensure the mine plan is delivered while coordinating with other departments.

This site-based role offers camp accommodation or local housing allowance and salary packaging options, with ongoing development and career progression opportunities within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in open cut mining (production)
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a high performing team
• Good understanding of systems and processes (MineStar desirable)
