Stanmore Resources Limited is seeking a Field Maintenance Execution Leading Hand at Poitrel Mine. This permanent role operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, on a day shift, focused on safe and efficient maintenance execution for primary dig units.

You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate with planners and contractors, and step up to supervise when needed to ensure production targets are met with high safety standards.

Formación

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a frontline supervisory role.
• Strong safety culture and incident prevention focus.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute maintenance activities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe compliance with operating standards, procedures, work instructions and defined processes to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance of people, processes and systems.
• Improve fleet performance through quality maintenance practices.
• Execute the maintenance plan.
• Liaise with the wider Maintenance team to develop, validate and challenge the scope of work, including preparation and isolation requirements.
• Liaise with Planners & Schedulers to keep the schedule updated during execution.
• Liaise with contracting partners for various activities.
• Step up into the supervisor role when required.

As Field Maintenance Execution Leading Hand you will be responsible for the management and safe execution of maintenance activities for our primary dig units, in accordance with the mine safety standards, procedures and defined processes to deliver optimal production outcomes.

This is a permanent opportunity, based at Poitrel Mine on a 7 day's on 7 days off (7&7) dayshift only roster.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing safe compliance with operating standards, procedures, work instructions & defined processes to achieve optimal outcomes.
• identifying opportunities to improve the performance of people, processes and systems
• Improvingfleet performance through quality maintenance practices
• Executing the maintenance plan
• Liaising with the wider Maintenance team to develop, validate and challenge the scope of work, including preparation requirements, isolation requirements and maintenance activities
• Liaising with the Planners & Schedulers to ensure schedule is updated during execution to reflect performance against plan
• Liaising with contracting partners for various activities
• Step up into the supervisor role when required

About You

Your background in a similar position or environment together with your exceptional communication skills will see you well placed to excel in this role. It is also essential that you demonstrateimpeccable safety behavioras well as:

• Previous experience with CAT 6060 & 6040 excavatorsas well as CAT 994 Loaders & Hitachi 5600 & 3600 excavators
• Demonstrated experience in leading a maintenance team in a frontline leading hand / supervisory capacity.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills including time management.
• Flexible / adaptable work style to be able to work within changing environments and work requirements
