Job summary

Stanmore Resources Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the Poitrel Mine production team on a 7/7 roster. The role is site-based and reports to the Mining Superintendent, focusing on leading a crew to safely meet production targets.

You will coach and develop a high performing team, optimise throughput across departments, and uphold safety standards in a dynamic open-cut mining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in open cut mining production.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a high performing team.
• Good understanding of systems and processes (MineStar desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work.

Responsibilities

• Leading a crew of multi-skilled Operators to safely execute the mine plan.
• Managing people and equipment to deliver production targets.
• Providing clear direction, coaching and day-to-day support to your team.
• Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities across production activities.
• Working closely with other departments to optimise performance and outcomes.
• Maintaining a strong field presence and actively engaging with your crew.
• Complying with all site standards, procedures and safety requirements.
• Contributing to a safe work environment through active participation in safety processes.

We have an opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our Production team at Poitrel Mine. This is a site-based role working a 7/7 roster.

Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a crew of multi-skilled Operators to safely execute the mine plan
