Job summary

PERSOL Australia is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join a Major Projects team supporting a large-scale mining project. You will coordinate mobilisation/demobilisation, manage Aconex document control, and ensure all project admin processes run smoothly in a busy mining environment.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. FIFO roster with 12-hour days and Perth-based flights provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on major mining or resources project is essential.
• Experience using Aconex for document and version control is essential.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Major Projects team.
• Coordinate travel, flights and accommodation for project personnel.
• Manage document and version control using Aconex; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare, format and edit project documents, reports and correspondence.
