Job summary

Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking experienced Production Operators to join a large-scale rehabilitation project in Australia. Roles offer ongoing work on a 7/7 even-time roster with day shifts.

We welcome Civil Operators looking to transition into mining rehabilitation, with opportunities to upskill. Applicants should have proven experience operating heavy mobile equipment, a valid licence, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy mobile equipment on mining/civil sites.
• At least one machine competency (e.g., CAT loaders, graders, excavators).
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Current Driver's Licence and ability to pass medicals.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy mobile equipment on a large-scale rehabilitation project.
• Maintain safety standards and participate in daily toolbox talks.
• Support seamless operations and upskill where required.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets on 12.5-hour days.

Job description

Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking several experienced Production Operators to join our team on a large-scale rehabilitation project. These roles offer an excellent opportunity for experienced mining and civil operators to secure ongoing work on a 7/7 even-time roster with day shifts only.

Due to the nature of the rehabilitation works, we are also open to experienced Civil Operators looking to transition their skills into a mining rehabilitation environment, with potential opportunities for upskilling.

Positions Available

We are currently recruiting for experienced:

• CAT 745 Water Truck Operators
• CAT 745 Articulated Haul Truck Operators
• CAT 992 Large Wheel Loader Operators
• CAT 150 AWD Grader Operators
• CAT 16, 24M Grader Operators
• Excavator Operators - 20T to 350T

Required Experience

To be considered for these roles, applicants must have:

• Proven experience operating relevant heavy mobile equipment
• At least one relevant machinery competency
• Mining, civil or rehabilitation experience
• Current Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Reliable work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to pass all required Coal Board Medicals and Drug & Alcohol testing
