Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Blackwater QLD is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join a major coal mining operation in the Blackwater region. You will operate a range of heavy mining equipment within a busy production environment.

You'll rotate across day and night shifts on a 12.5-hour roster, with a 7 on/7 off schedule and DIDO travel. Camp accommodation provided and long-term opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Mechanical and Electric Haul Trucks.
• Current Standard 11 Mine Induction (Surface).
• Current Queensland Coal Board Medical.
• Current Queensland Driver's Licence.
• Signed Transcripts by SSE for relevant machines.
• Strong commitment to safety and site procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy mining equipment in a busy production environment.
• Rotate through day and night shifts on a 7 on/7 off DIDO roster.
• Work across a range of heavy mining equipment as required by the operation.
• Support a safe and efficient production site with a collaborative team.

About the Role

You'll be working within a busy production environment operating a range of heavy mining equipment, including:

• Mechanical and Electric haul Truck experience - Mandatory
• Dozers, Graders, Loaders - Advantageous

Experience across additional mining equipment will also be highly regarded.

This is a DIDO opportunity in the Blackwater region, working a 7 on / 7 off roster rotating between day and night shifts. 12.5 hour shifts x6 with your last day onsite being a 9hr shift to allow for early travel home.
