Job summary

Mineral Resources Limited is seeking experienced Civil/Rehabilitation Operators for an 8-month project across multiple sites in Western Australia. Roles include Dozer D9, Loader, Grader, Moxy and Excavator up to 35T, with a 2/1 roster and a small crew setup.

They seek safety-conscious individuals with strong technical skills, recognised operating tickets, and a willingness to work remotely. Rio inductions are valued but not mandatory, with potential long-term extensions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to safety.
• Keen eye for detail, strong technical experience.
• Nationally recognised tickets for operating.
• Flexible and versatile attitude.
• RIO inductions highly regarded but not essential.
• Final trim experience is an advantage.
• GPS guidance systems such as Trimble highly regarded.
• Willingness to operate autonomously in remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy earthmoving equipment including Dozer D9, Loader, Grader, Moxy and Excavator up to 35T.
• Maintain safety as a core priority and contribute to safe work practices.
• Work across multiple sites in small crews with a diverse scope of works.
• Roster pattern of 2 days on / 1 day off across remote locations.
