Sandvik Mining in Heatherbrae, NSW is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of field service technicians across underground equipment, delivering best-in-class service while managing warranty processes.

You will plan labour, coordinate site work across NSW and QLD, develop staff, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in mechanical workshop or field service.
• Trade qualification required.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business preferred for front-line leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and utilise labour and resources effectively.
• Provide supervision and direction to the team.
• Coordinate field service technicians on a day-to-day basis.
• Process and respond to warranty claims.
• Develop and train field service personnel.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure consistent service.
• Liaise with customers and conduct site visits.
• Manage field service jobs in CMMS and participate in project work.
