Sandvik Mining in Heatherbrae, NSW is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the on-site field service team, coordinate technicians and ensure best-in-class customer service across surface equipment. You will oversee warranty claim processes and work with stakeholders to deliver a profitable operation.

The ideal candidate has a recognised mechanical trade qualification with at least five years post-trade supervisory experience.

• Proven supervisory experience in mechanical workshop and/or field service.
• Minimum five years post-trade experience.
• Right to live and work in Australia; pre-employment medical.

Responsabilidades

• Plan labor and resources for efficient field service.
• Supervise and direct team members.
• Coordinate field service technicians daily.
• Process and respond to warranty claims.
• Develop and train field service personnel.
• Communicate with business lines to standardize service.
• Liaise with customers and conduct site visits.
• Manage field service jobs in the CMMS.
• Participate in project-based work.
