Qualifications

• Experience leading technicians and supervisors.
• Experience in resources or bulk materials handling.
• Commitment to behavioural safety.
• Familiar with Safe Work Procedures in mining.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Schedule 26 certification or willingness to attain.

Responsibilities

• Staff and structure the department to meet area budget targets and customer needs.
• Lead and coach a team of Technicians and Supervisors through cascaded coaching.
• Promote a customer-focused culture and strong teamwork across staff.
• Oversee maintenance shutdown planning with Supervisors and Coordinator.
• Oversee emergency breakdown services and ensure timely completion.
