Sandvik Rock Processing Australia Pty Limited is seeking a Service Manager – Screening Media to lead and mentor a field service team across client sites and Sandvik facilities. This role emphasizes coaching technicians and supervisors, ensuring adherence to the Safety Management Plan, and maintaining high standards in line with OEM specifications.

• Certificate IV in Front Line Management preferred
• Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Previous leadership experience in Resources or Bulk Materials Handling
• Demonstrated commitment to behavioural safety and associated systems
• Familiar with Safe Work Procedures (SWP’s) related to mining industry

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction, coaching, and leadership to Service Team personnel on client sites and Company facilities
• Lead and support a team of Technicians and Supervisors through cascaded coaching
• Promote a customer-focused culture and build onsite relationships during shutdowns
• Oversee maintenance shutdown planning with Supervisors and Coordinators to align with client scope and mobilise sites
• Oversee emergency breakdown services to ensure timely completion per Company policies
• Support service teams with installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and root-cause analyses on customer equipment
• Drive continuous improvement projects and ensure timely delivery of service reports and contract documentation
