The role requires a mechanical trade qualification with at least five years post-trade experience. Travel to customer sites in NSW and QLD is required, and a pre-employment medical may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years post-trade experience in mechanical workshop or field service.
• Recognised mechanical trade qualification is required.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Front Line Management highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel to NSW and QLD sites.
• Strong commitment to EHS leadership and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan labour and resources to maximise utilisation.
• Supervise and direct field service personnel.
• Coordinate field service technicians on a day-to-day basis.
• Process and respond to warranty claims.
• Develop and train field service staff to improve performance.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent service.
• Visit customer sites and manage field service jobs in the CMMS.
• Participate in project-based work.
